Enterprise Director
As Aberdeen's leading social care charity VSA is offering an exciting and challenging opportunity for the right person to lead VSA's strategic direction for social enterprise, income generation and growth. The successful candidate will have key responsibility for: Researching and scoping the options for income generation and social enterprise development within VSA. Leading the development of robust and detailed plans for social enterprise and fundraising within the agency. Developing the appropriate infrastructure and resources to deliver on those plans Engaging with various stakeholders from the public, private and voluntary sector to develop shared vision and support for such plans. VSA is looking for an exceptional person with strong commercial and entrepreneurial skills with a sound understanding of the business environment and the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
