VSA's Charity Bookshop at 206 King Street, opposite Morrison's supermarket, is open for business from 10am to 3.30pm, Monday to Saturday. The bookshop has a huge selection of good quality, second-hand books from best sellers to science fiction, educational and science to nature, and history to art.

Customers are warmly welcomed by the shop's volunteers, and invited to browse through the stock to find just the right book to suit them.

Donations of second-hand books would be greatly appreciated to replenish the stock, and these can be dropped off at the bookshop within opening hours.

New volunteers are also needed and will be involved in tasks such as sorting the books into categories and selling them directly to the general public.
