Weekly Vacancies Bulletin - vacancy information for all Adult and Community Services' Care Homes, Housing with Support, accommodation with support and other services.

Care Home & Housing with Support Referrals - Our referral process has been simplified and is based around the Single Shared Assessment (SSA), however some of our services like our Housing with Support Services require additional information. As all of our Care Home and Housing with Support services are needs led we do not keep waiting lists therefore SSA's for vacancies should only be submitted at the time of the vacancy. SSA's that have not been updated within three months of writing will be discounted.
