VSA is an Investor In People

VSA was awarded Investor in People (IIP) status on Thursday 28 March 2002 after a 'health check' undertaken by Investors in People Scotland.

Investors in People is a prestigious national award presented to organisations which demonstrate that they have made an effective investment in the training and development of their staff.

It recognises the quality of the services that VSA provides and the commitment and the skill of staff.

Investors In People Scotland interviewed 60 staff, 10% of the agency total, representing all sections of VSA, and the assessor concluded:

The organisation has a team of well-qualified, well-trained and highly dedicated staff who are working to improve the lives of some very needy people in the city.
